I use these for ab exercises and side lunges but recently I’ve found them to be really effective at hitting hamstrings. Lie on your back, heels on the slides, bridge your hips up and slide one foot out at a time.

The ultimate stress reliever. There is nothing better than throwing one of these on the floor as hard as possible to process whatever annoyances are plaguing you. Try to squat down to pick it up, opposed to hinging over. This will protect your back but also make it a full body move.

I love swinging a kettlebell. Having said that I highly recommend you head to YouTube and listen to someone cueing how to swing it correctly (For example, click here.) Kettlebell swings are easy but there is a way to do it where you maximize the benefit and protect your back.

You don’t need a full set to get started. I would recommend starting with pairs of 5s and 10s and maybe some 20s. You can fill and build from there. I personally have my eye on some 35s and 40s because they are kind of addictive. ❤️❤️❤️

TRX straps will never cease to amaze me on their versatility. If you just google “TRX exercises” I bet you’ll find 10 exercises that could use to make a full body workout. I have mine locked in on a closed door in my basement workout space
